This letter is directed to the judges, prosecutors, sheriffs, law enforcement officers, mayors, state legislators, senators, and Governor of the state of Ohio. 

State and local authorities are obligated to protect the God-given rights of those within their jurisdiction by just penalties upon those who would violate God-given rights.  The Bible declares, in Romans 13:3-4, “Rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil… For he is a minister of God to thee for good.  But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain.  For he is a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.”  God obligates civil authorities to do justice (Exodus 21:12, 14, 22-23).

Good and evil, justice and injustice are not defined by the democratic consensus or by the whims of those in power, for otherwise there would be no basis for human rights at all.  The Creator defines good and evil, justice and injustice, and all contradictory notions usurp His authority.  The Bible says that innocent blood that is shed in our land defiles our land, and brings His wrath upon our land, and the only way to remove the curse of innocent bloodshed is the swift administration of justice (Numbers 35:30-34, Genesis 9:6).

 We hereby call upon you to prosecute and punish all abortionists and all accomplices, which would include clinic workers, mothers and fathers who employ their child-killing services.  We give you this strong admonition based upon four divine principles:

1. It is absolutely wrong to intentionally kill an innocent human being (Exodus 20:13).

2. Human life begins in the womb (Genesis 25:22, Exodus 21:22-25, Matthew 1:18, Luke 1:41,44).

3. Civil authorities should punish those who violate the God-given right to life (Exodus 21:12-14, Romans 13:3-4).

          4. The responsibility to do justice ultimately rests upon the local community leaders (Deuteronomy 21:1-9).

Moreover, you took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Ohio.  The Constitution of the United States says that the government should not deprive people of life or liberty without a trial by jury (Amendment 5; Amendment 14, Section 1).  Article 1 Section 1 of the Ohio State Constitution declares that the right to enjoy and defend life and liberty are inalienable, that is, cannot be legally or justly revoked by man.  You will be held accountable to your oath on a future day of Judgment.  We pray your constituents will hold you accountable to your oath as well.

You don’t need to wait for any law to pass – God has already passed it and it is irrevocable, the U.S. and Ohio Constitutions to which you took an oath secure it, and our Creator commands you to do it.  We are confident that your investigations into these facilities will support our assertions that innocent Ohioans are being slaughtered at these facilities, and that justice is long overdue.
